Stride is a fully funded, six-month coaching program. With a dedicated coach by your side, you will set goals, focus on what is important, and remove roadblocks to move more quickly. You will be supported by a pool of mentors and the wider Cicada community who genuinely want to help you succeed. You will also have a dedicated workspace at the NSW Defence and Aerospace Hub for the duration of the program.
Stride is for ambitious ventures developing non-lethal technologies in all areas of space, aerospace, and defence. It is for ventures who are serious about entering the space and aerospace industries, dual-use for defence, or applying their technology to solve big challenges for critical industries.
Stride is specifically designed to address the needs of each team. It can be in-person or virtual, but either way you can expect:

Delivered by Cicada Innovations and supported by the NSW Government, the Hub offers a physical space, resources, mentoring, and connections for emerging space ventures and researchers. We’ll also be offering commercialisation training programs nationally to share essential knowledge for anyone on the path of creating a space tech venture.
